~COMPANY INFORMATION~

~ HOW IT STARTED ~

I started my hairbow business in the late summer of 1990, allowing me to be a Work At Home Mom to my daughter and assorted pets. Things have changed over the years. My daughter is grown, but my mother can no longer live alone due to her health so she is now living with us.

I started selling my hairbows at craft shows, via local retailers, and directly to the public. In 1998 I was one of a handful of hairbow companies to sell online and have been fortunate enough to sell my bows around the world. I no longer sell wholesale, but continue to sell directly to the public. I handle everything from product design and manufacturing to customer service so when you call or e-mail, you will be dealing with me directly.

~ PRODUCTS ~

Most bows are individually handcrafted to your order. It is very rare for me to have a bow already made that is the exact style, color, size, and on the hardware that you have ordered. Because I am the only one making the bows, you can expect consistently high-quality items. Many of the bows can be made larger or smaller than shown and you can design your own bows by using elements from different styles.

I do tend to be a perfectionist, so you should be happy with the quality of my products. The ribbon ends of the bows are heat sealed so they will not fray. (Okay, I may miss an end or two on the curly bows!) I know of many customers who have had my bows for years and they are still in great shape.

If you order one of my bows and you feel it has become damaged due to my craftsmanship, you may send it back and receive a new one or a similar replacement bow if original item is no longer available.
